Once upon a time, a 19 year old girl who hadn’t taken a photography class in her life decided to start a photography business. In my 15 years of photographing life stories, I have learned a lot of things the hard way and I would do anything to prevent other creatives from having to take the same road. The truth is that being a photographer is a KICKASS job, but it comes with a lot of behind-the-scenes hustle that is basically invisible to onlookers. My heart is to carve out a day to just BE with YOU, to open myself up entirely and hold space for you, your fears, and your dreams. Whether you are just starting your photographic journey or a seasoned storyteller in need of a creative-reboot -- I’d love to spend time with you and dig deep into all the juicy, soul-goodness.

Mentorship Sessions
These sessions are 100% designed to fit your needs/wants. It basically boils down to an entire day (8ish hours) spent together tackling anything and everything you can think of (and probably some things you didn’t think of, too).
You can count on lots of delicious food, wine, rabbit trails, laughter, and hands-on learning.
Conversations could include (but are most definitely not limited to): booking your dream client, finding + owning your style, branding + website assessment, marketing, finding good light anywhere, entrepreneurial mumbo-jumbo, post-processing workflow, Lightroom, and all the Q+A you can handle.
We’ll also spend some time shooting a styled session of your choice (wedding, couple, family, boudoir, or restaurant), where you can observe, ask questions, as well as take photos to add to your growing portfolio.
And of course, HEADSHOTS! Your experience includes a portrait session with yours truly (a $500 value!).
