But you don’t truly know it until it happens to you.

Persephone Unleashed is a retreat that was created out of a need to practice taking up space, and be supported by other women as you do so.
Taking up space is a lot less scary when you are being cheered on by your sisters.
Allowing your emotions to exist is a lot easier when space is made and held by a circle of women taking the same vulnerability risks as you.

I’m so honored to bear witness to these stories. To document the metamorphoses of these beautiful creatures as they embark from the folds of their chrysalis.
And I already can’t wait to do it again.
