Justin & Di {Paso Robles, CA}

If you were to ask me what married couple I am most inspired by…. I would tell you – “you’re currently looking at them”.
Justin & Di are… well… different. Which, if you know anything about me, being “different” draws me in like a moth to flame.
They put off a sweet aura of acceptance and hope for the hopeless, they teach with grace and love without abandon.
When I was 13 years old, I spent 4 weeks in Nagpur, India at Justin & Di’s home. We went to schools, churches, and homes… and drank a lot of chai. Justin and Di spent 14 years living and serving God in India — feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and loving the unloved. Now they live back in the states, but haven’t stopped living a life of service and love for all those around them.
Justin just oozes sweetness, his smile gives him away. Di is one of the craziest, quirkiest Australians ever… and doesn’t really give a care about what people think. Together they make a perfect combination of all things good.
So you can imagine how excited I was when Di called me up (after seeing my parents’ photos) wanting to get a Beloved session on the calendar… and the timing just so happened to fall close to their 17 year wedding anniversary <3

Here’s to 17 more! … and then another 17 after that:)

Oh I love these. They capture them so perfectly. I’m so honored to know Justin and Di. Thanks for your “eye” in seeing the wonder in these two awesome God gifts.

Oh tears in my eyes! What beautiful photos of these two; so zany, tender, real, unassuming….fiercely in love. They make marriage fun and doable. I admire their marriage too, they work at it and it pays off. Nicely done, Sarah.
