I was there for her birth, her newborn photos, and now her half-birthday photos.
This little lady has stolen my heart at a pace only paralleled by her birthright-bestie (my own daughter).
It only took 5 1/2 months of co-motherhood for us to get a photo of us with our girls. But we finally did it.
First comes LOVE,
Then comes MARRIAGE,
Then comes a BABY in a baby carriage.
Then comes Sarah with her camera to ALL OF THESE THINGS.
I get to be a part of the biggest transitions in a couple's life. And it never ceases to blow my mind.
Fact: I LOVE that my job doesn't always end after documenting a couple's wedding day.
Carey & Gracie were married 3 years ago in the tiny town of Tincup, Colorado.
Now they have an adorable almost-2-year-old named August. So much has changed, but it still manages to rain any time we get together for photos (the very last photo here gives me all of the deja vu vibes).
Almost 2 years ago, Drew & Renee celebrated their wedding day at this very ranch,
and last week we celebrated their new family in the same hills.
Getting to continue documenting a couple's love story is truly one of the greatest parts about my job.
